    How do we save our clients on average $2,500?

    When you decide to list and buy a home with The Castillo Group we will REBATE 1% of the commission on either the sale or purchase of your house when we close on the purchase of your new home!

    Do I get a check at closing? How do we get the rebate?

    Once the loan is finalized for the purchase of your new home, we provide the rebate information to the lender and title company who will apply the 1% rebate to the closing statement as a credit which lowers your cash to close.

    Do I HAVE to purchase a home in order to qualify?

    Yes. Since the rebate is applied as a credit towards the closing statement of the new home, in order to qualify, a sale and purchase of a house must occur.

    Does it matter if I am moving up/down in price on the new home?
